Booking & Cancellation Policy

Non-refundable booking fee

The booking fee applies toward the total amount. Appointments over $200 require a $100 deposit; appointments under $200 require a $50 deposit. The amount may be transferred once with at least 48 hours’ notice and is valid for six months from payment.

Rescheduling

The booking fee is non-transferable when an appointment is rescheduled less than 48 hours before the appointment. A new deposit is required to secure a new booking.

Late arrival

Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in cancellation and forfeiture of the booking fee. A new booking fee is required to rebook.

No-show

Clients who do not attend or cancel on the same day may be charged 25% of the booked service. Clients without a booking fee on file may be required to pay both the booking fee and no-show fee before rebooking.

Missing a complimentary touch-up session within two months may forfeit that session. A $100 fee applies to rebook.
